Web 2.o is using technology to boost your learning and knowledge. My entertainement management class using students blog to highlight in class learning points is great use of the Web 2.0 concept. Also, cooking videos like "Cooking with Rich Future"" highlights an individual ability to produce and broadcast an edutainment piece at little to no cost. Cant wait to see what Web 3.0 will add to the picture?

Freedom and Censorship

After the articles on DOn Imus and government intervention in media. I believe that for america freedom of speech is a right to all its citizens. There needs to be government involvement with regulations that doesnt allow for anybody to pollute the minds of children. We cannot deny the impact that radio and television has on our children and the media has not shown without legal action the ability to police itself.

Comment: Is technology de-evolving us?

I found this video to be very thought provoking! If it is true that our total brain structure will be transformed by technology over time. Allowing ourselves less daily human contact will result in a new super species that will have unlimited access to unlimited information in seconds, but doesn't understand a real hug from a :). Hopefully, this will lead to better decision making.
